Photographs, videos, and other recordings (“Media”) may be taken by MBC in the premise. By entering and remaining on these premises, including participating in our activities, you consent to and grant MBC the right to use such Media for internal records, publicity purposes, commercial advertising, and distribution to our sponsors and partners. This consent extends to both current and future media captured during your visit.

Please note that non-official photographers may also operate at our premises. MBC does not control or take responsibility for Media produced by non-official photographers.

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your participation in our activities signifies your agreement that any personal data captured as part of the Media may be used as described herein.
