Return for Exchange Policy
1. We provide product exchange within 7 days of the date of purchase.
2. Product(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition (products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in sellable condition) with original product packaging, price tags and any accompanying tag must be intact, and labels.
3. Original printed receipts or invoices are required for all exchanges.
4. Please note that due to the level of tear and wear varies by usage, the following products are not returnable:
a. Badminton racquet
b. Futsal ball
c. Socks
d. Strings
e. Face towel
f. Grips
The products list is not exhaustive. The management reserves the right to determine the products in the abovementioned list.
Kindly check the goods' condition before purchase. For string, do check the stringing condition before collecting the racquet.
5. We do not offer any form of refund. However, the exchange is allowed within 7 days of purchases excluding the product(s) listed in clause 4.
6. Fifth Evernew Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where (i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or (ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
7. Fifth Evernew Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to the final decision.
8. Fifth Evernew Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Warranty Policy
Badminton Racquet
Badminton racquet provides 90 days warranty. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only and covers neither accidental damage nor damage during transit. It is not 100% guaranteed that a claim will yield a new racquet.
Please do not cut the string as this voids all warranty even when you purchased it with unstrung option. The warranty process usually takes approximately 3 to 6 months.
Instruction of Warranty Claims
1. Without cutting or removing the string from the racquet, take a photo or video of the racquet's condition/defective parts.
2. Hand over to any MBC outlets with the original receipt.
Futsal Ball
Futsal provides on-the-spot warranty. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only and covers neither accidental damage nor damage during transit. It is not 100% guaranteed that a claim will yield a new ball.
The warranty process usually takes approximately 3 to 6 months.
Instruction of Warranty Claims
1. Take a photo or video of the ball condition/defective parts.
2. Hand over to any MBC outlets with original receipt.
Stringing Services Policy
1. Cracked/broken frames will NOT be accepted. Although frames are inspected when they were handed in, the stringer cannot guarantee the condition of the frame during the stringing process. Should any damage occur as a result of a normal stringing procedure, we will be held no responsibility for the damage. For details, please refer to the stringing consent form.
2. If customers request to string out of the recommended tension range, the customers have to bear their own risk in case of damage occurs as a result of a normal stringing procedure. For details, please refer to the stringing consent form.
3. Payment MUST be made before any service is being provided. (Additional charges may incur if the condition of the racket is required to do so).
4. Stringing Service Note is required as proof upon collection.
5. Racquet must be collected within 28 days from the Expected Collection Date, otherwise the management of Fifth Evernew Sdn Bhd has the right to dispose of the racquet without prior notice.
Point Reward System
Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility: The point reward system is available to all customers who make purchases in all MBC outlets.
Earning Points: Customers will earn 1 point for every RM 1 spent on eligible purchases.
Redemption: Customers can redeem their points for cashback in denominations of RM 1, which equals 100 points. The cashback will be directly deduct before payment.
Expiration: Points will expire 12 months from the date they are earned, at which time they will no longer be valid for redemption.
Point Calculation: The point calculation will be based on the actual purchase price of eligible merchandise, excluding taxes, shipping, and any other applicable fees.
Termination: MBC reserves the right to terminate a customer's participation in the point reward system if the customer violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent behavior.
Program Changes: MBC reserves the right to make changes to the point reward system at any time, including changes to the earning rate, redemption options, and expiration policy.
Liability: MBC will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses that result from a customer's participation in the point reward system, except as required by law.
Privacy: MBC will collect and use customer data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and will not share customer data with third parties without the customer's consent.
Rental Service
Terms & Conditions:
Rental Duration: The rental period for a racquet/ball is for one-time use, and it must be returned within the same day.
Rental Fees: Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of rental. We accept cashless payments only. The rental fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether or not the racquet is used.
Deposit: A deposit is required to rent a racquet/ball. The renter must provide their NRIC or Driving License, which will be used as a deposit. If the renter cannot give a valid NRIC or Driving License, they must pay a cash deposit worth five (5) times the rental fee.
Late Return: If the racquet/ball is not returned by the end of the rental period, a late fee worth five times the rental fee will be charged.
Care and Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the racquet/ball’s care and must return it in the same condition as it was rented. The racquet/ball must be used in a proper and responsible manner, and any damage or loss will be the renter's responsibility.
Damage: In the event the frame/ball is damaged or is unable to continue to be used, the renter is required to pay a fee of five (5) times the rental fee as compensation.
Termination of Rental: We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the renter fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
Refusal of Rental: We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who does not meet our eligibility requirements or does not agree to our terms and conditions.
