Court Booking Policy

1. No Cancellation / No Alteration

   • All bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

   • No alterations (time change, court change, player name change) are allowed under any circumstances.

2. Incident Reports

   • Any issues, disputes, or exceptional cases must be submitted through an incident report for review.

   • Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Automated Court Access

   • Lights will automatically switch ON at your booking start time and switch OFF when your session ends.

   • Please ensure the booking details are correct before confirming.

4. Terms of Use

   • The company reserves the right to modify the terms of use without prior notice.

   • Users are responsible for ensuring all players comply with facility rules and etiquette.

1. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time are allowed and must be performed through your own booking account only.

   • Cancellations within 24 hours require submission of an incident report and will be subject to management approval.

   • Approved cancellations will be returned as credit, not cash.

2. Alterations / Rescheduling

   • All booking changes follow the same 24-hour rule as cancellations and must be done through your booking account.

   • Alterations requested within 24 hours require an incident report and approval.

3. Automated Court Access

   • Lights will automatically turn ON at the start of your booking and turn OFF once the session ends.

   • Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals.
